Temporary Human Resources Coordinator:

One (1) FT Temporary 40hrs wk./Non-Exempt/$16.00 – $18.00  DOE Job #01-HRCTEMP

Process and coordinate all new hire applicants, schedules interviews & prepares supervisory staff for interviews, track fingerprints, schedules applicants with documents required before starting work. Reference checking, tracking staff information, notifying staff of delinquent items needed. Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Exchange experience. Education Required: Associates and 1 year previous HR experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of ADP is ideal but not required.  Bilingual preferred.

Benefit Overview – As a full time employee, you will be eligible for benefits after 60-days of full time service with the agency, following the first of the month. Your eligible benefits will include, health, dental, free vision and AFLAC. You will also have 11 paid holidays and PTO (Paid Time Off). You will be eligible to use PTO after 90 days of full time service and will be eligible for paid holidays after 30 days of full time service with the agency.
